How do seats work?: Every plan includes a number of seats. Anyone in your organization can be given a seat, and seats can be moved between people at any time. Need more? Add seat packs, up to your plan's limit.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect right away; downgrades are credited to your next invoice. You can switch between monthly and annual billing too.
What happens if I cancel?: Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Your organization, teams and seat assignments are kept if you come back.
Is everything in my MagPie organization?: Yes. Subscriptions belong to an organization in MagPie, and use the members and teams you already manage there.
