Terms of Service

Last updated November 4, 2026

The short version

MagPie is run by Austad Endeavors LLC, ("MagPie", "we" or "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and Austad Endeavors LLC for using our websites, dashboard and products (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use MagPie on behalf of a business, you agree for that business too and confirm you're allowed to. These terms include binding arbitration and a class action waiver: see Binding arbitration.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use MagPie. Keep your details accurate and your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away at support@magpieos.app if you think someone else has used it.

Organizations and members

Work in MagPie happens inside organizations. Whoever creates an organization is its owner and is responsible for it: who they invite, what permissions and seats those people get, and the subscriptions the organization holds. Members can only use what the organization gives them, and lose that access if they're removed.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid products are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period until they're cancelled. Prices are shown before you buy, and Stripe processes the payments.
  • If you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then ends.
  • Changing a plan or the number of seats is prorated for the rest of the period. You can't reduce a plan below the seats or storage you're already using.
  • If a payment fails, access continues while the payment is retried. If it still can't be collected, access to the product stops, and your content is kept so you can pick up where you left off.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refundable, including for partly used periods.

Your content

What you and your organization put into MagPie stays yours. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as far as we need to run the Service for you. You're responsible for having the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights using the Service;
  • access another organization's data, or try to get around permissions, limits or security;
  • upload malware, or disrupt or overload the Service;
  • use the Service to send spam, or resell it without our agreement.

Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep MagPie running, and you can check on it at any time on our status page, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features as the Service develops.

Ending your use

You can delete your account from your settings at any time, unless you own an organization with a subscription set to renew: cancel that first. Organizations you own are deleted with your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other people at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the same extent, Austad Endeavors LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your organization paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights or liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section below.

Binding arbitration

Please read this carefully. You and Austad Endeavors LLC each give up the right to sue in court and to a jury trial, and agree to resolve disputes individually through arbitration.

Try us first. Before starting arbitration, email support@magpieos.app with what happened and what you're asking for. We both agree to try to settle it informally for 30 days.

Arbitration. Any dispute that isn't settled and that relates to these terms or the Service, including whether this section applies, is decided only by final and binding arbitration. The American Arbitration Association runs it under its rules in force at the time, before a single arbitrator. It takes place in Pulaski County, Arkansas, or by video or phone where those rules allow, and judgment on the award can be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

No class actions. Disputes are brought individually, never as a class, collective or representative action, and an arbitrator can't combine one person's claims with another's without everyone's agreement.

Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies there, and may ask a court to stop infringement of intellectual property or misuse of the Service.

If any part of this section can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we'll update the date above and ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using MagPie.
